• Deposit of £100 per booking.
• Full payment and security deposit required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• The security deposit of £150 is returned following a routine inspection.
• All beds will be prepared for your arrival and a final clean is included in the price.
• Weekend and mid-week lets available.

• Welcome Pack - £10 (includes a minimum of bread, butter, milk, water, fruit juice and cereal).
• Meet, greet and return transport from Alicante Airport - £25.
• Cot hire - £10 per week.
