A CHEADLE couple have landed not one, bot two exciting holidays thanks to incentives at work.
Andy and Vicky de Caso of Friars Close, Cheadle became involved in home shopping catalogue, ‘Kleeneze’ over three years ago.
Kleeneze supply a range of house, garden, health, beauty and gift products.
Distributors deliver catalogues, take orders and generally manage the relationship with their customers.
The company is based on a sales plan and rewards which encourages those involved to set goals, take action, and work as a team.
Andy told the Times and Echo: “My wife Vicky and I became involved in the sale of Kleeneze products three years ago.
“We established a customer base - they place orders with us, and we deliver products to their home.
“You get to build up a nice relationship with the customers and the company run great incentives.
“We were able to run the Kleeneze business alongside out full time jobs, and once our daughter was born, it meant that Vicky could work on this from home.”
Vicky commented: “Kleeneze has given us financial freedom in the long term as well as giving us the freedom to start a family.
“It has enabled me to stay at home with Jess but still be able to work at the same time.”
Thirty-six year old Andy continued: “Kleeneze continually runs incentives to improve productivity, and Vicky and I have just qualified for two holidays through the company.
“The first will be to Budapest for three days, and the second to Mauritius for seven days.
“The holidays will involve a couple of hours business, but the rest will be out own time - to do what we like.
“During out time away all expenses will be paid for by the company, including a gala dinner and day trips around the country.”
He concluded: “Kleeneze are always looking for like minded people who want to earn extra cash to join the company.
“This is an opportunity with no ties, and entails only a small start up fee of £125, with a full refund if you decide it’s not for you.
“From day one, incentives are available to reward people for improving their business and increase turnover - but it does take a lot of hard work and focus!”
